Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 full business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery is free for all orders. We largely use USPS, so typical transit time is 1-3 days. For larger items, we may use FedEx, which can take 2-4 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur in busier periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mary Arnold Toys are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If items are damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible, email images to [email protected] and we will send out a replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
